We can only take on report edits that are critical for operations. 

RAD is focusing on the new CRM implementation and improving Data Quality. Thus, our turnaround times are longer than usual.

We ask that users try to utilize existing Tableau reports, Michelangelo, and Cognos. If these reports still cannot meet your needs, you are welcome to submit a request.

Before Submitting Please:

1. Check the Development Reports and the RAD Report Index to see if an existing report may fit your needs
2. If you are in a College, School, or Unit (CSU), please review the request with your Research Analyst (RA)
3. If you are requesting a list, please try to generate it via the Michelangelo self-service tool
4. If you’re submitting for a Salesforce Testing Report (Project Matrix team ONLY), please be sure to select that as your request type & “Project Matrix” as your CSU/Department.

Note that we cannot always commit to specific due dates, but will do our best to accommodate them.

Please help us help you by submitting your requests with as much detail as possible and adequate time for us to complete them.
